Dance Workshop hosted by The Movement Dance Team

2 sessions in one!

 

Session 1 - Get Energized and Pumped 
Fun start-up to get the body going! Popular dance styles and music will be used to help get you active in the ways you already know how. Instead of your standard workout session, we'll dance our way to fitness and no it's not Zumba! It is a fun and easy way to get fit without the strenuous workouts while dancing.

 

Session 2 - Fun and Flirty 
Ever loved seeing how Beyonce dances in heels? Well this part is for you! This session is to teach participants how to move, feel confident, be sexy and have fun in heels. No you DO NOT need experience for this, we will teach how to move and be fit in heels! Any size heels welcome.

 

(Note: dance style is mixture of majorette style, hip-hop, burlesque and contemporary)
